1. About Solasong

Solasong is an AI-powered music generation platform operated by Tipi Ventures, a company registered in France. Solasong allows users to create personalized songs for any occasion using artificial intelligence.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Solasong, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Solasong reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Account Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account and use Solasong. If you are under 15, you must have parental consent. Si vous avez moins de 15 ans, vous devez avoir le consentement de vos parents. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

3.2 Account creation

An account is required to use Solasong. You must provide a valid email address and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. Generated songs associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.

4. Credits and Pricing

4.1 Credit system

Solasong operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit equals 1 music generation. Each generation creates 2 song versions for you to choose from. Lyrics preview and regeneration via AI is free. Generating new music versions with edited lyrics consumes 1 additional credit.

4.2 Free credits

New users receive 1 free credit upon email confirmation. Free credits are subject to the same terms as purchased credits.

4.3 Credit packs

Credits can be purchased in packs. Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page. Prices are displayed in EUR. Credits never expire.

4.4 Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. International payments are accepted. Solasong does not store your payment card details — all payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

4.5 VAT

TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code Général des Impôts. This status is subject to change based on the applicable VAT thresholds.

4.6 Refunds

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Credits that have already been used to generate songs are non-refundable. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.

5. Generated Content

5.1 Song generation

Solasong uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized song lyrics and music based on the information you provide. Each generation produces 2 song versions. The quality, style, and content of generated songs depend on the information provided and the AI models used.

5.2 Downloads and storage

Users may download generated songs in MP3 format. Generated songs are stored on Solasong servers for a minimum of 90 days. Users may download their songs at any time during that period. Solasong does not guarantee permanent storage. Users are responsible for keeping their own copies of songs they wish to retain. Deleted songs are permanently removed within 30 days.

5.3 User rights in generated content

Users retain all rights granted to them in generated content, subject to applicable law and the terms of third-party providers used in the generation process. Users may publish, distribute, and monetize generated songs, subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms. Solasong does not guarantee the availability of copyright protection for AI-generated content in any jurisdiction.

5.4 Roast and humor content

Solasong offers a roast intensity feature that allows users to generate humorous or satirical songs. Users acknowledge that roast content is intended as fictional humor for private entertainment purposes. Users are solely responsible for how they use, share, and distribute generated content. Solasong is not liable for any harm caused by the use of generated content outside the platform.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use Solasong to generate, share, or distribute content that:

• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Constitutes impersonation of a real person with intent to deceive
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or defames any individual
• Contains hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Promotes or incites violence or physical harm
• Contains illegal content under French or applicable law
• Contains sexually explicit content involving minors

Solasong implements content guardrails in its AI generation process, but these guardrails are not infallible. Users remain solely responsible for the content they generate and how they use it.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Solasong reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice. In the event of termination for violation, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Solasong may also restrict access to the platform in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use.

8. Third-Party Services

Solasong relies on third-party services to provide its functionality. These services include:

• Claude API (Anthropic) for lyrics generation
• UdioAPI for music generation
• Supabase for authentication and data storage
• Stripe for payment processing

Solasong is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Solasong is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Solasong does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free generation, or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solasong and Tipi Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Solasong's total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Support

Solasong provides support on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed response time. Support inquiries can be sent to the contact information provided on the platform.

11. Modifications to Terms

Solasong reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of Solasong after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Solasong shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
